Before registering an account, accessing the website, browsing information, posting jobs, uploading resumes, signing up for training courses, applying for skill certification, or using any services of this Platform, please read these Website Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) carefully.
When you click “Agree”, register an account, or continue to use this Platform, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter I: Definitions
Unless otherwise specified, the following terms in these Terms have the following meanings:

2. User
Refers to any natural person, legal entity, or other organization that accesses or uses the Platform. Including but not limited to:
- Job Seeker
- Employer
- Training Provider
- Education Institution
- Certification Organization
- Business Partners and cooperative institutions
3. Services
The Platform provides services including but not limited to:
- Talent recruitment
- Online job application
- Resume management
- Enterprise recruitment management
- Training courses
- Skill certification
- School-enterprise cooperation
- International talent exchange
- China-Thailand cooperative projects
- Exhibitions and activities
- Online mall (future)
- Advertising and promotion
- Data analysis
- Other value-added services
Chapter II: Service Content
The Platform is dedicated to building the: Thai China NEV Talent & Education Platform , namely: Thai-China New Energy Vehicle Industry Talent and Education Training Platform.
Main services include:
- Talent Recruitment: Helping companies find talents; helping talents find jobs.
- Skill Training: Providing training in: New Energy Vehicles (NEVs), robotics, drones, intelligent manufacturing, energy storage, digital skills, language training, and vocational skills training.
- Skill Certification: The Platform can collaborate with government departments, universities, and certification organizations to conduct: vocational skill certification, international certification, and industry certification. The Platform does not guarantee that the certification organizations will issue certificates.
- School-Enterprise Cooperation: The Platform provides: institutional cooperation, corporate cooperation, talent cultivation, practical training bases, scientific research cooperation, and employment recommendations.
- International Cooperation: The Platform supports enterprises from China, Thailand, ASEAN, and globally to carry out: talent exchanges, business cooperation, industrial cooperation, and investment cooperation.
Chapter III: User Registration
When registering, users shall ensure the accuracy of their:
- Real name
- Real email
- Real mobile phone number
- Real enterprise information
- Real identity materials
All legal responsibilities arising from any false information shall be borne by the user themselves.
After registering an account on the Platform, users should properly safekeep their:
- Username
- Password
- Verification code
- Login devices
All losses resulting from account leakage shall be borne by the account owner.
Chapter IV: User Code of Conduct
Users must not utilize the Platform to engage in: Acts violating Chinese laws; acts violating Thai laws; violations of international sanctions; fraud; pyramid schemes; gambling; pornography; drug-related activities; violence; terrorism; infringement of intellectual property rights; violation of personal privacy; malicious dissemination of viruses; attacking Platform servers; malicious data harvesting; traffic manipulation; false recruitment; false training; false certification; or publishing illegal advertisements.
The Platform has the right to: Delete information; suspend accounts; permanently ban accounts; and report to regulatory departments in accordance with the law.
Chapter V: Responsibilities of Enterprise Users
Enterprises shall ensure that: their business license is authentic and valid; recruitment positions are authentic; salaries are authentic; benefits are authentic; and contact persons are authentic.
It is prohibited to engage in: Charging fees for recruitment; false recruitment; discriminatory recruitment; illegal employment; illegal labor dispatching; requiring the payment of deposits; or posting illegal positions.
Enterprises shall bear all legal liabilities generated during the recruitment process on their own.
Chapter VI: Responsibilities of Job Seekers
Job seekers guarantee that: personal data is authentic; educational background is authentic; work experience is authentic; certificates are authentic; and skills are authentic.
Job seekers must not: assume the identity of others; upload forged certificates; maliciously harass enterprises; publish illegal content; or spread viruses. Losses caused by false information shall be borne by the job seekers themselves.
Chapter VII: Training Services
The Platform may provide: Online courses; offline courses; live-streamed courses; corporate internal training; vocational training; language training; and international training.
Course fees, refund policies, and class start schedules shall be subject to the content published on the specific course page.
The Platform does not guarantee that students will: definitely pass exams; definitely obtain certificates; or definitely secure job opportunities.
Chapter VIII: Skill Certification Services
The Platform may collaborate with: universities; governments; industry associations; certification bodies; and international organizations to carry out vocational skill certification. The certification results shall be ultimately determined by the certification organization. The Platform bears no responsibility for certification results.
Chapter IX: School-Enterprise Cooperation
The Platform can assist: universities; vocational institutions; enterprises; and government departments to carry out cooperation. Cooperation agreements shall be signed independently by the cooperating parties. The Platform only provides information and matchmaking services.
Chapter X: Intellectual Property Rights
All Platform: LOGOs; trademarks; webpages; images; text; programs; databases; videos; courses; and training materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Without written authorization, they shall not be: copied; reprinted; sold; or used for commercial purposes.
Chapter XI: Fees and Payments
Certain services of the Platform may be subject to fees, including: memberships; recruitment; advertising; training; certifications; malls; and value-added services. The charging standards shall be subject to the prices announced on the Platform. Once any payment is confirmed, it will be executed in accordance with the refund policy.
Chapter XII: Privacy Protection
The Platform respects users’ personal information.
The Platform processes user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, users consent to the Platform’s collection, retention, processing, utilization, cross-border transmission, and lawful disclosure of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Chapter XIII: Disclaimers
The Platform only provides information services.
The Platform does not guarantee that: enterprises will definitely recruit; job seekers will definitely find employment; training will definitely be effective; certifications will definitely be passed; cooperation will definitely be successful; visas will definitely be approved; or work permits will definitely be obtained.
All labor, contract, or economic disputes arising between enterprises and job seekers shall be resolved by the parties independently according to law.
Chapter XIV: Service Suspension and Termination
The Platform has the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances: violations of laws and regulations; violations of these Terms; suspected fraud; publishing illegal information; malicious attacks on the Platform; infringing upon the rights and interests of others; long-term account inactivity; or regulatory requirements. The Platform may delete non-compliant content without further notice.
Chapter XV: Modifications to Terms
The Platform has the right to update these Terms from time to time based on laws, regulations, and business development needs.
The modified terms will be announced on the website. Continued use of the Platform shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.
Chapter XVI: Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Platform’s operating entity is located. If the Platform is operated by a Thai company, the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand shall apply. If the Platform is operated by a Chinese company, the laws of the People’s Republic of China shall apply. When cross-border business is involved, both parties should first conduct friendly consultations; if consultations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the court or arbitration institution with jurisdiction in the place where the Platform’s operating entity is located.
