Electric Drive Engineer

* Design, develop, and optimize electric drive and propulsion systems for maritime and transportation applications.
* Analyze motor performance, efficiency, and reliability to improve system operation.
* Support the integration of electric motors, power electronics, battery systems, and control units.
* Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electric drive systems.
* Monitor system performance and recommend technical improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
* Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
* Participate in research and development projects focused on sustainable transportation technologies.

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in electric drive systems, motor control, power electronics, or related engineering fields.
* Knowledge of electric motors, inverters, converters, and control systems.
* Familiarity with engineering software such as MATLAB/Simulink, AutoCAD, or equivalent tools.
* Understanding of battery systems and electric propulsion technologies is preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
